Gear that is Cool

STAC Zero: Silent, zero contact bike trainer  This KickStarter Project looks extremely cool. Silent Trainer? Check. Don't want to swamp out trainer tires? Check. I'm very close to becoming a backer, if I hadn't just bought a new trainer recently.

Stretches of the Week

This week has been all about running for me, in particular ITB strengthening and rehab. Here are some great stretches I've been doing everyday last week and will be doing this week.
